Has flexibility made work better or more complicated?

A lot of people now have more flexibility than ever when it comes to where and how they work.

On one hand, it gives people freedom and control over their schedules. On the other, it can sometimes make it harder to separate work from everything else.

I'm curious how others see it. Has having more flexibility improved your work life, or has it created new challenges you didn't expect?
